It means in fact there is no (quick) development from Adobe for 0,0001% users of Opera on (Open)Solaris. Opera Software can not "press" on Adobe.

 Opera runs quite well on OpenSolaris. I too wish it had Flash.

I know it, am I wrote my letter from Opera Mail/10.10 (SunOS). I wish new Flash too.

I tried flash player of the following versions: 9r159/9r246 and 10.0.32.18. Flash Player 10 only displays white space for me, so I still need to use 9. When I earlier downloaded the Flash Player 9 archive, 9r159 was the latest version.
It has been updated to 9r246 due to security reasons.
