Yes, this is Legato NetWorker 7.5.1 build 269 (just the client package and not
the Sun re-branded version).
I concluded that since ssl isn't a major tenet of the program's operation, it's
safe to just symlink it as recommended. I had tried that before and it had
worked, but I didn't want to leave a dirty hack in there and since the box is
now being promoted into prod I wanted a better grasp of the issue.
