I ran the script four times in single user mode. In the end all drivers
are unloaded and can be reloaded. After that I have USB in my virutal
boxes (windows, linux, whatever). I must say I also changed the last two
(USB) lines in /etc/logindevperm from 0600 to 0666 (due to a bug in
opensolaris which makes this file not work right).

And USB works very well right now.
