Could the rootnex change be re-written to use a function pointer provided by the pcplusmp psm module, so that we don't need the new dependency from rootnext -> pcplusmp? I guess in the uppc case, we can't use the intel iommu code anyway, so in the uppc case the function pointer could be set to NULL.
