Yes that's correct snv_95 now has checks in it so that setting bootfs is
not allowed for pools with EFI labeled disks. I believe 6721094
(http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6721094) introduced this
check.

Yes it should and will be as soon as the fix for 1816 is pushed probably
later this week.
