  We were tuning the scaling on the depots yesterday; usually, I can do
  that behind Apache using graceful restarts, but I probably reset a
  depot once without cover.  (Based on these reports, I guess it could
  have been twice or more.).  Of course, I did David to delay the
  Build 94 announcement until we were happy with the scalability.  But I
  guess everyone was coincidentally updating to Build 93 or something...
  :)

  We have a half-and-half scheme for updating the repository's contents,
  but repository software updates need a bit more
  process/infrastructure.  Won't happen again (plus the client will
  catch and correct this kind of error soon).
