I'm not sure if you have planned to print the Booklet [1], but in case yes, then these points can as well be included there. We should give one handout (photocopies on A4 papers) to each participant with information about the conference. following points (and more as you find fit) should be included on it. * Map with all locations INSIDE campus - classrooms, washrooms, auditorium, helpdesks * Wifi access points - network names and passwords * List of talks planned (Although it is available online, let us keep in mind that many students will not have internet access round the clock) * Information about the local Fedora mirror * Food options (??) Lets finalise the points first and then we'll make the document. May be we can just start editing an online document for that.
