I've re-ordered to get rid of the top-posting, before noting a couple
of things:
a) Surely the fact that the list and the social media platform aren't
mirrored was because of a failure in the implementation of Discourse,
when the choice to operate it was initially made: and not a fault
of the mailing list per se, given that mailing lists just send out
content to subscribed addresses?
b) Having said that, I am on the list, and probably more of a lurker
than Jurgen, but I don't seem to have got the email (6/06/2025)
that was being replied to here, although I did get a later posting
to the list on 2025-06-09?
