Thank you Thomas for your idea, but unfortunately is not applicable for me.
I would like to ask community or developers another question
Any time I create new user, I must do the same settings for him like
have on others.
For example:
- same settings for Horde dashboard
- same settings for Locale and Time
- same settings for Display Preferences
- same settings for Filters [not same Filters]
- same settings for Composition
and so on
Do I have solution to make this settings once, like a template sort
of, to be applicable on every user I create later?
If there are some ini files where can I setup this defaults, can
anyone send me a list where I can find them?

So much work on both places (User/Server) for nothing ? I’m working
at French universities since 20 years and was always in charge of
the mail. We never changed the basic account, creating only a new
mail alias from aaa.ccc@ to aaa.bbb@. The user has only to use his
new mail in communications and if using a mail client, change there
the mail info.
Login and password are strictly personal information regarding nobody.

I remember, I used some time ago an XMPP server from Openfire
[igniterealtime.org] where they provide this feature called "Married"
where you put information for old username and for new username and
changed everything for this account.
I hope it's clear what I mean.
