Hi Jens,

Sorry for the late answer but I had to patch, test and adapt the solution you
gave me which comes from Joao S Veiga.

It works perfectly!

I understand that this is not a 'normal' behaviour if we look at the RFCs but
all the different email applications (thunderbird, roundcube, etc...) are all
providing this kind of option which is the easiest way to read a received email
when corresponding several times with someone.
I was using Zarafa before coming to Horde, I switched when I heard about the
Zarafa server was discontinued for Community. And this kind of behaviour was
set in Zarafa and all my users were complaining about this issue.

Thanks a lot for your help!

All the best,
Moody_Styley

The Horde developers have previously stated they do not approve of
"answer before question" style emails and thus Imp allows the signature
to be placed at the very end of a message only. I don't know if the
above is still their stance on this topic, but I haven't heard any other.

Some time ago, Joao S Veiga created a patch that allows the user to
change this anyhow. I don't know if the code available via
<https://www.mail-archive.com/imp@lists.horde.org/msg10152.html> is
still valid for current versions of Imp since I don't use it, but even
if it is not, it should still give you a hint how to achieve this if you
really want to.
