Hi Michael! Sorry to insist, but I spent a lot of time looking into this and found no clear way to solve it.
I have two almost identical installations and in one of them the "Flags" context menu item is not shown. I have been searching in the code but could not identify what is unseting this item from being shown. Could you point me towards some kind of configuration option / other? Both installations are fully upgraded using "pear" to latest stable.
