Yes, I experience the same with Firefox 22 on Kubuntu 13.04 and with
Firefox 22 on Xubuntu. Chromium 28.0.1500.5 works fine on Kubuntu.
IE10 also works fine on Windows 7 Home.
Same with Firefox on Windows 7.
Horde or browser bug?
Look like a browser problem, or?
