The error now occurs when I send mails with smaller attachments. I
thought it was a cache problem but horde-clear-cache and restarting the
web server did not help.
By error I mean the red alert box. I see no error in the log file.

I'm getting this too in 6.1.1. 328kb attachment that is uploaded
successfully to /tmp/.horde/compose with Apache:Apache permissions,
but I cannot send the email.
This was already fixed in 6.1.2.
