Citeren Simon Wilson <si...@simonandkate.net>:

Am I doing something wrong, or has something broken with pgp??

You're messages show up with good signatures here, so the messages don't seem to be the problem. Could it be you have $conf[gnupg][timeout] set to an unrealisticly small value? Mine is 10 seconds now, which usually seems to do the job. But if you're using a slow keyserver ($conf[gnupg][keyserver]), you may need even longer.

Thanks Arjen - yes, I just installed Thunderbird / Enigmail / gpg4win, and it show most of them as OK.

But my Horde server no longer does. When I look at a pgp signed email in Imp, within 2 seconds it comes back with a BAD signature, regardless of which of the three pgp servers I pick in Config, and with timeout set to 20 seconds, so it's not getting anywhere near that...

SO:

I set Horde logging to INFO, and tried one - and Lo! and Behold...

2013-06-07T01:34:46+10:00 WARN: HORDE [imp] PHP ERROR: stream_get_contents(): Failed to seek to position 0 in the stream [pid 24835 on line 449 of "/var/www/horde/imp/lib/Mime/Viewer/Pgp.php"]

So there is definitely something going on that is not just config...

First, I can't reproduce: your message verified fine.

Second: line 449 of Pgp.php (in IMP 6.1) doesn't contain any code (it is a closing bracket: }).
