Sounds good for the saved preference values: Never and Always,
but for the option "Ask", it should ask me... (in basic view, it
ask me).
We should remove the "Ask" option and instead any UI view that
supports setting this value will display it if it is not locked
(this is how other UI preferences work). This will be done for
IMP 6.1.
And I misspoke anyway. This feature *is* allowed in the dynamic
compose page.

But i don't see this option en dynamic compose page, only in basic
compose page.
There was a logic error preventing this from being displayed. This is
fixed in IMP 6.0.3.
