You probably need to check the preferences.
When I forward mail, I have:
----- Forwarded message from "Sender Display" <sen...@example.com> -----
Date: Mon, 19 Nov 2012 15:47:15 +0000
From: "Sender Display" <sen...@example.com>
Subject: Subject here
To: "recipient display" <myu...@example.net>
Message..
Make sure you look through advanced preferences and you will see
preferences for Forwards (why these are advanced and Replies are not,
I do not know).
