Maybe you have a slow IMAP server. IMAP debug logs (see imp/config/backends.php) will indicate whether IMAP commands are slow.
Once we have clicked on messages then click on previously seen msg. It's working fine. My imp/config/conf.php $conf['dimp']['viewport']['buffer_pages'] = 5; $conf['dimp']['viewport']['viewport_wait'] = 1;
This doesn't affect anything. And you *really* should be using the defaults - these values are not very useful.
