This is not the /horde/config/prefs.php file. It's from IMP. You can find more
detailed description in /horde/config/prefs.php.
Anyway, this looks OK, and as Michael said there is something very broken in
your install.
Thought it was the IMP prefs file you wanted me to look at..
Hmm.. then I guess I'll just let it be.. don't really want to delete
everything again only to re-install and redo all accounts, calendars and
shit.
