I'm running Horde Webmail 1.2.9. This has worked for several years

The default layout is DIMP, and in the inbox (or other boxes) the
messages are listed. When a subject contains one of the Norwegian
character øæå the text is truncated. If if is like My Name is Pål
Monstad is shows like My name is P
The same happens in the message body. The message is truncated at
the first ø, æ og å.
All works fine if I switch to IMP!
Why has this suddenly happened? Running on Centos 5.7. Any idea, anyone?
You installed some upgrade that broke it. Probably either PHP (json)
or libxml.
