If you are using H3/IMP 4, please enable/uncomment the following hook
in hooks.php of imp/config '_imp_hook_msglist_format'.
If you are using H4/IMP 5, please enable/uncomment the following hook
in hooks.local.php of imp/config 'msglist_flags'
