In userconfig a user can choose, where he wants the cursor, when creating a
new mail (HTML). Problem: it wont work. It gets placed directly behind the
signature (without a newline) and ignores the setting (above, before ..)

Nothing. cursor positioning doesn't work in the HTML editor.
