And how to change that forward default so it would be with full body
text and attachment as normally attachment?

No it's not. The default forward button does whatever is requested
in the 'forward_default' preference. If forwarding as an
attachment, you won't see an attachment in the attachment list - a
Forwarded Message entry will appear that cannot be removed.
