Hi all, Hopefully this question has not been dealt with over and over again and my search skills just failed.
At the moment I am in the middle of setting up a new imp 5 system that is going to replace our fairly ancient IMP setup, one of the problems I have run into is that the default Identity doesn't have a mail domain part and therefor the user can't send mail until they actually fix that. Our users login with just their username (not user@domain). I am sure that a solution exists and it may even be some setting that I just keep missing when going through the settings pages but so far I haven't been successful.
