You can set DIMP as the initial application after login in the user
preferences. See also http://wiki.horde.org/CustomizingPreferences and
search for DIMP there.

thank you very much I change the config as in
http://wiki.horde.org/CustomizingPreferences
Now I can use DIMP even if I did not change the hook as in
"And then, the change hook:" because I don't know what file to use.
Probably this is the reason why the standard sidebar ( the one with
kronolith and other apps ) disappears when I choose DIMP.
