I do not know which version of Horde I've been using, but up until
maybe last Thursday it's been working fine. No browser seems to be
able to access my Horde email. Any help is appreciated.

The availability, or lack thereof, of a specific installation of Horde
is not under the control of the Horde developers.
You'll need to contact the people that run the Horde installation that
you can't get access to.
