When I paste text from MS Word that contains a ' or a " for example, and then I send it from Imp, they are coming through as question marks on the recipient's end. I would like to change this because I often paste documents from Word as emails. I have iconv and mbstring enabled and I also have mbstring.func_overload turned off.
Search the mailing list archives - this is in there somewhere. IIRC, it is because the "angled quotes" used by MS Word do not have equivalent representations in the character set used to display the message on the browser.
