In the meantime I changed the config files with the one's out from the
backup, but it's still the same problem.

The Horde System Capabilities Test shows that everything is ok.
It seems that Horde could not reach the mysql Database, but MySQL is
running.
Can you log into your imap email with thunderbird or another imap client?
Can you log into mysql with phpmyadmin if you have it installed?
Why did you need to reboot? Was there an update that you installed?
