I think that HTML composition may be broken with 4.2 RC 2 and Safari. When I compose a message using "New Message", I'm not offered the option to switch to html composition mode.
If I reply to a message, I am offered the option to switch, but if I choose it, it the editor never loads. The only evidence that it's done anything is that I end up with two copies of my signature in the composition window.
