My user can see the folders in the Folder Screen. My user says there should be something to the left of the Main Screen, a tree-like structure of the folders, that is not visible. My user does see Folders like INBOX, Trash, Sent, and Customers (among others). This user has *hundreds* of sub-folders under Customers. There is no '+' type mechanism on the Customers folder to expand Customers so my user can select a folder under Customers. I'm trying to get all these sub-folders under Customers visible.
