This is not a Horde/IMP issue. You need to check yout Outlook settings, in particular, you need to make sure you set Outlook not to delete messages after viewing/downloading.
Another problem is I am not able to send messages to rediff ids. It is not going from the queue of the server. I am getting the following message:
