i've seen the hotwire client at one of my friend's place. it is NOT
24online, and they've provided some crap VB application to do the
authentication. don't think they're competent enough to make a linux
app, and also their connection though gives good speeds (7-9 KBps), it
is not reliable and down specially on the weekends.
maybe they've just started operations and are preparing things, as
earlier they just used to give a static ip (real public ip) to your
machine, and you were connected, no need to provide any login/password etc.
