vivek, this is commendable and highly appreciated. after a long time i've
seen an email on linux-delhi that goes out to pacify a linux newbie, offer a
kind word of advice, support, helpful urls, easier alternatives, and best of
all, a *personal* initiative to support the difficult moments of transition.
everybody, i recommend a round of applause for vivek for his gesture!
