forked your response into a new subject head.
this is quite important. anybody who can find out more or has found out, 
please respond. this makes for fairer and less anti-competitive behaviour.

and lemme re-stress. if no such law exists, and an OEM bundle of software 
makes for an 'opaque' one-box-or-nothing purchase option, then i see no 
reason why excise must not be charged for the sofware component as well.
