have done a little work on a simple graphic, which can be printed on
t-shirts.

http://exain.net/vike/linux/logos

also downloaded almost plain, white t-shirts from google, and placed the
graphic onto it, though not precise, yu can get an approximate idea.

i've made it using GIMP, keeping flats colors as far as possible (so
that printing is easy), used Bitstream Vera Sans and Garamond fonts
(Bitstream Vera are made free - http://www.gnome.org/fonts), and the
penguin image from http://www.coresis.com/penguin/wall15.htm
The "Got Linux?" slogan was lifted from http://humorix.org/slogans.shtml

as for the logo, i've a friend who is a graphic artist, and have asked
him to make it. he may also design some t-shirt transfers.
