Dear Sir,

        Copy  the  file  to  everyone's desktop and /etc/skel. Give it
        permissions as follows:-

       root# chmod 777 <filename>
       for read-write-execute,read-write-execute,read-write-execute

        Or
        
       root# chmod 755 <filename>
       for read-write-execute,read-execute,read-execute

        Repeat this for every copy of the file.
