Is most easily implemented by subscribing a person to multiple lists
on checking all the options on the web interface.
The same mailing list software can support multiple mailing lists so
there is no additional cost.
In any case do you think it is worth the user training effort.
Which drives up the TCO for this new product in making ;-)
