have yu just configured sendmail or are using it for a long time? as i
can help yu there if yu can shift to qmail for mail delivery.
with a certain setting, in qmail, all outgoing messages are
automatically sent to one specific id. and on an hourly/daily basis yu
can setup a cron job of MHonArc so that all your outgoing/incoming mails
are up there on your intranet website.
and yu can even specify that if the message is from a specific sender,
then it should be automatically forwarded to 3 different addresses.
