you are looking for dyne:bolic.
this cd contains all the tools for the stuff you need to do. raj has a copy
of the cd, as do the kind folks at sarai (sarai.net).
me thinks if you dig further on the net, you may find newer, faster, better
tools too, but let's get started with dyne:bolic.
