this is a little off topic, but an amazing story: someone got ripped off by a fraudster on eBay, in selling off a macintosh. amazingly, the whole macintosh community jumped in, tracked the guy down, involved the feds, the police, home-grown detectives and the works, and *nailed* the guy proper.
