i think it would be better for yu to install a web server on one of your
machine, with php support, and use that as your intranet web server for
all the testing requirements. its not difficult to setup - and if yu
prefer point and click, then windows binaries for both apache
(httpd.apache.org) and php are available for download
(http://www.php.net/downloads/). read the instructions there, and
accordingly use apache-1.3.27 and php-4.2.3.
that will save yu the trouble of creating a file, uploading it to a
server on the net, and then downloading it.
