Hi all,

I have a Red Hat Linux 7.2 Firewall Server installed in my network which
enables internet connection sharing thru a dial up.
I wish to allow any user (non root) to be able to dial using wvdial, I
tried changinf owner, group, permission and location of the wvdial but
didn't help. When any non root user tries to dial it says resource busy
or .....
Please let me know how to allow any non root user to dial.

Regards,
Vivek
