hi,
u can download alsa driver from this url:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloads1-1.aspx?lineid=5
install it and after that dont run sndconfig.just run
/etc/rc.d/init.d/alsasound start and unmute ur sound through aumix or kmix.
