See http://www.nongnu.org/freebangfont/downloads.html for details. The Mukti set, developed by Dr. Anirban Mitra uses the glyphs from the recently GPL'ed Akruti set of fonts. It has three fonts - muktibld.ttf, muktinrw.ttf, mukti.ttf.
