Members may have noticed the launch of LINUX PC by LG.
This is probably the beginning of Linux Desktop in the Indian market,
specially since many other OEMs/vendors are also planing to launch LINUX
PCs of their wn brands.
A discussion with them, since we are discussing the bundling of
KALCULATE with them, shows that before the end of current financial
yera, among them, these companies could be selling close to 30,000 PCs a
month and all of them with LINUX preloaded.
Imagine the market share of LINUX because of this, and specially the
acceptability of LINUX by the common desktop users. GREAT ! isn't it ?
Is that the hidden reason of billu-$-baba's visit to India ?
The MY-PC by LG has Kalculate bindled with it.
