How about a list of volunteers for CD copying for each region in delhi (we can keep increasing the regions) via a volunteer form on the site? Then we can have a single form on the website where people can just select a region near them and write in their request. Thsi mails would be sent to the volunteers of the region.
Frankly while I can help in copying CDs, I dont want to keep getting mails for people wanting CDs in say, Gurgaon or rohini (I stay beyond yamuna).
