Hi! I have recently changed from Mandrake8.1 to RedHat7.2. My sound card is Fortemedia Xwave (fm801c). This is automatically configured during the mandrake install as it was using ALSA. Sndconfig doesn't have the driver for this. I tried to install the ALSA driver after installing the kernel source but didn't get beyond the ./configure. How do I get it to work on my system? thanks Krishna
