Hi, Are you seeing the boot menu (with both Linux and Dos or Windows)? In that case just select it at boot time. Other wise login as root in Linux. Run linuxconf, goto LILO section (just explore), do the necessary modification and save/update changes. (Or you can edit /etc/lilo.conf and run lilo to update MBR)
