Hi,

I'm a new member. This a request for a problem solution.

The steps in my installation are as under:
-1- On a 40 GB HDD, made a primary partition of 5 GB and loaded windows
-2- Installed Linux; swap, / and /boot. Lilo installed. Both Windows and
linux were bootable.
-3- Made the mounting of the FAT partition start with bootup by modifying
fstab. System worked fine.
-4- Added a second 4 GB HDD with two windows partitions
-5- Added a second fat32 partition on 40 GB HDD using fdisk of DOS

Now when I try to boot into linux, the kernel gets loaded and when the file
system is being loaded, it loads / and then displays a message "Warning FAT
32 is alpha" and loading stops [the cursor keeps blinking though; and if I
type anything, the 'typing' gets displayed on screen].

Any suggestions on how to recover ?
