hey , i think u r new to CD Burning. An ISO file is a precompiled image that u have to burn to CDR. To burn an ISO check in ur software for somthing like " Burn Image" or "Burn ISO", eg in NERO ( File > Burn Image). U can also view & extract the contents of an iso file with diffrent tools before burning.
U could also use CDRecord (freeware) & its tools for all ur cd burning purposes. Its available for diffrent platforms. Its console based but if u want u can get GUI frontend for it too. find it at : http://www.fokus.gmd.de/research/cc/glone/employees/joerg.schilling/private/cdrecord.html saket On Wed, 17 Jul 2002 Dhruv Soi wrote : > >Hii There, > Ive downloaded Three Iso Images for Red Hat >Linux 7.3...And im having HP CD- writer I just dragged and >dropped ISO file to CD and locked that CD so that can't be >rewritten.....But when I put view CD contents Its just showing >that single file and i think that there should be lot of files >extracted out of that single ISO file.....So anybody faced the >same problem please write in to me.....Ill be greatful to >you....... > >Thank You Very Much >With Warm Regards > >Dhruv Soi >System And Network Administrator >FCS LTD. >A-86, Sector - 57 >Noida - 201301 >Phone No. -: +91 120 4583703 Extn. :- 123 / 276 >Mobile No. :- 9810223403 ================================================ To unsubscribe, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with unsubscribe in subject header.
