Ambar, For each service that you want to disable an IDENT lookup for, edit /etc/xinetd.d/filename, where filename is the name of the service. Change log_on_success and log_on_faliure from USERID to another method, like PID. Or just delete these lines [log_on_success, log_on_faliure] to stop any logging whatsoever. man xinetd.conf for more.
